Vanilla Ice Cream w/ Amaretto AND Sesame Honey Cashews

So, now that I have discovered the joy . . . the delight . . .
     the delicious taste of vanilla ice-cream with amaretto,
I wanted to see if I could make it even BETTER.

ADD SOMETHING CRUNCHY, I thought.

So, I did.

One scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
One shot of amaretto.
One sprinkle of sesame honey cashews.
